doing like fast ass sit-ups while throwing up a 13 a rack with 135 on it and just throwing up while they’re doing sit-ups like what the [  ] is she training for yeah I don’t know brother i don’t know he like I I I think you’re you’re on to something with like these specialty trainings these specific training really ain’t helping it’s not it’s not like you know how how how could the old school guys do the basic training smoke drink probably during halftime and come back and play another full 24 minutes during the off season smoke drink run through all their money acquire baby mamas show up to trainer camp fat and still play the whole season yeah like for example now Kyle help me out with this cuz I don’t know his history too much like James Harden has never been seriously hurt no he he hasn’t and he does exactly what I said i don’t know some baby apart you know that’s the oddly that’s the one thing you don’t really hear coming from from him but we do know what he did in Houston [  ] we And we know what he looked like in Brooklyn and we know what he looked like his last year when he wanted out of Houston mhm and it’s like now and he’s still balling at his age
